Black Alliance of Colleges and Employers (BACE)
Shannon Stone-Winding is pleased to lead the Black Alliance of Colleges and Employers (BACE). The organization was originally founded in 2008 to address the unique needs and challenges of institutions and employers serving African Americans and those of African descent.
The Black Alliance of Colleges and Employers (BACE) has three pillars: BACE Campus, BACE Careers and BACE Research. More info available at bacecareers.com.
WonderWomen of Diversity
WonderWomen of Diversity was launched in Chicago in 2016 by Dr. Stephani Mason, Professor, DePaul University and co-convened by Shannon Stone-Winding, President & CEO, Black Alliance of Colleges and Employers (BACE).
The group has hosted intimate dinner conversations, outings and larger scale virtual panels about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the academic and corporate setting with female leaders.
